Luxury Medical District Home, EV Charger, Gated #11

When we arrived the temperature in the house was 52 degrees! That is not very welcoming. Thankfully we could change the temperature on the thermometer. Everything was vey basic and nothing drew us to wanting to stay at this property again. One family member said it was a two star property. I will concede if you are having medical procedures done you would be in a great location as there are hospitals all around it.

We held our family Christmas vacation at your location. We had plenty of room for our family. We did notice and thank you for mentioning it in your sign that some repairs were needed. Areas to mention were in the particular were the kitchen area where hinges very loose or falling down when they were opened , shaky arm chairs & stools. I knew the homes were close together which is why we took an end spot but on our arrival day the family that was staying next-door to us was extremely loud (music blasting) and they were up outside well past the 10 o’clock hour, . It sounded like they were in my room, I’m sure someone must have called because the next few days were fine, but we made the best of it after all, they were on holiday as well.not particularly fond of the neighborhood setting ( not a good view from balcony)the house itself had plenty of room in the inside and met our needs.

Great stay, all went well.

We stayed her for my wedding weekend as I was getting married in Augusta. The place was phenomenal!!! It is super clean, and all the amenities are up to date. The area felt safe with door codes/gate codes etc. There is significant space around the house. The owner was easily reachable when we called him for a door code problem and we resolved it within 1 minute. A great weekend at these homes. Will definitely come back.
