These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Genetix Hosting LLC's Website, located at GenetixHosting.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Genetix Hosting if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Clients are required to accept these terms and conditions prior to making a reservation.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You”, and “Your” refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

By booking a stay at our short-term rental property, you agree to pay the full amount of the rental fees, including any additional charges for services or amenities as outlined in your booking confirmation. Payment must be made through the provided payment gateway, Stripe, on our website.

Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation confirmation.

Credit Card Policy

You authorize us to charge your credit card for the total amount due, including any additional charges incurred during your stay. By providing your credit card information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the card and that all information provided is accurate and complete. If the information you provide is not accurate, legal action may be taken.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days of the check-in date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be made by directly contacting Genetix Hosting.

The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties or violating quiet hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement. The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund, 

Damages and Extra Cleaning Charges

Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or extra cleaning charges incurred due to not following house rules. Additional payments will be required from your credit card for such damages or extra cleaning. Genetix Hosting will attempt to communicate with you prior to imposing these charges to discuss the details and provide you with an opportunity to address the situation.

By clicking the "Accept Terms" button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions, including the payment, refund, and cancellation policies. You also agree not to dispute the charges with your credit card issuer.
